- Membership: By making an appropriate amount of donation, the user will receive a one-year membership, which is required to enter MacHouse's password-protected website pages. A membership allows the user to watch Flash and QuickTime-based video tutorials that MacHouse offers at its main website (www.mhouse-j.com/www.mhvt.net) as well as its other related sub-domain websites.
- Form of donations: Donations are only accepted through PayPal (www.paypal.com).
- Violation of rules: In the event that the user violates Agreement Article 7 concerning redistribution of video tutorials or any of the rules set by MacHouse, MacHouse has the right to cancel user's account arbitrarily without a prior notice. And there will be no refund at any stage.
- System incompatibility : After the user acquires a membership, MacHouse will agree to give him/her a full refund only if there is a system incompatibility problem that makes him/her unable to view QuickTime videos*. In order to be eligible for a refund, the user must make a claim using the contact form within 5 days of acquiring a member's account. After 5 days, there will be no partial or full refund.
- Refund: MacHouse makes a refund to the user only when such case meets the condition of a full refund. And MacHouse e-mails refund money to the user only through PayPal.
- Exercise of membership: A membership allows the user to enter MacHouse's password-protected website pages only from one local terminal.
- Redistribution: User's redistribution of the video tutorials offered by MacHouse is prohibited in any form.
- Accessibility: User's access to the protected area for video tutorials is limited to one IP address.
- Fee by PayPal: In the event that MacHouse agrees to give a refund to the user, PayPal may charge the user a fee for acceptance of refund money. That will be a contract between the user and PayPal. And, therefore, MacHouse is not responsible for any fees that the user incurs in his/her receiving a refund.
- Force majeure: MacHouse will exercise its full responsibility to run its websites throughout the year and around the clock. However, events that MacHouse cannot control may occur from time to time. In such events, MacHouse will be only responsible to put its websites back to good conditions as soon as possible.
- Any term shown above is subject to change without a public announcement.
* There will be no refund for 2nd-timers who have canceled their member's account once.
