There is a green road sign at the center of the screen.  This happens to be a message board.  When the traffic light to the left becomes yellow, the road sign peals its top skin off, and the surface will become yellow.  (See the 2nd screenshot.)  After a while, the traffic light will turn blue.  Then the surface of the message board will become blue.  (See the 3rd screenshot.)

You can add 2 short messages, one each on yellow and blue boards.

Finally, a credit screen will appear.  And you can additionally modify 2 lines here.  (See the 4th screenshot.)
