- Could you change the colors and styles of fonts?
No, we couldn't.
- Can I have all resource files?
No. Each project involves several Gigabytes of files. And we have no means of sending them all to you.
- Which animation application are you using to create these themes?
Most themes involve any two of Adobe After Effects, Apple Motion or Boris RED. A few of them involve all three of them or any two of the applications mentioned earlier plus Final Cut Pro.
- Can I order a custom-made theme?
Depending on what your plan is, we might take it.
- What will be the exact specifications of a final video?
Video compressor: H.264 (100% quality), Video bitrate: Undetermined, Audio compressor: MPEG-4 (AAC), Audio sample rate: 48 MHz, Audio bit rate: around 128 kbps.
- Could you produce a Flash movie?
We couldn't do it. You can take the QuickTime video we deliver and use Adobe Flash to compress it for yourself. Or there are some applications that we let you create SWF videos out of QuickTime movies. We won't convert clips into Flash videos without a customization fee because it is not easy to get what you want - quality, file size, data rate, with or without audio.
- How can I modify the video size, trimming sides or top/bottom?
You can use QuickTime Pro by inserting a matte frame to trim unnecessary pixels. You can also remove the existing audio track or inserting one of your own with QuickTime Pro.
- I need a high-quality video. Can I have my video in Animation or DV?
All videos are exported in Animation (lossless, 100% quality). Upon your request, we will make it available to you. If you want your video in Animation, please say so when you fill out an order form.
- Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time and get a full refund as long as you haven't accepted a final video.
