1. Installation
In order to use WatermarQue, it'll be better for you to create a folder with any name at first. Then put a copy of WatermarQue in it. For Windows users, use the folder containing the application that is supplied by the distributor and rename it in any way.
2. Using WatermarQue
When you first launch WatermarQue, you will see a large canvas at the top. Shown at the bottom of the application window is a listbox. Simply, drag and drop a group of graphic files onto the listbox all at a time or one file after another. This is where you import graphic files on which you want to lay the same watermark. If necessary, click on the Clear button to clear the entire list or select any and press Remove to delete one file from the list. You can get the file list straight any time and complete it just till you finally decide to export image files with a watermark.

Before you drag and drop graphic files, make sure that files have right extensions. WatermarQue identifies readable formats with extensions consisting precisely of three letters. If a file has an extension of JPEG, WatermarQue will not read it. Therefore, you need to change it to JPG. Likewise, change TIFF to TIF. If you import a readable file, you will see a check mark (√) under status. If you import an alias of a readable graphic image, WatermarQue will recognize it. But the status will indicate X, meaning it cannot be watermarked.
By the way, WatermarQue reads the following graphic formats: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PDF, PNG, PSD (Photoshop) and TIFF.
You can also drag and drop a sample graphic file onto the blue square labeled 'Drop here.' This is where you want to drop a file to design a watermark. Or you can design a watermark without a sample of your own. A graphic file you drop here doesn't have to be one of the files in the listbox.
Then design a watermark in any way you want like setting a font style and changing its size. Of course, you can change the color of the font. Actually, you have to pick a color to make the final process to work. Again, you need to pick a specific color, black or whatever, to export watermarked images.
Now, let's take a good look at the side bar. There are three sets of numbers that you need to pay attention to. The first set of numbers (shown as 1 in the image above) indicates the current dimensions of the graphic image displayed on the top screen. There is a pair of edit boxes right below (shown as 2). The default values are 800 and 600. Enter numbers, if necessary, to change the dimensions of the canvas screen. One reference is the original dimensions of the sample image you have imported (shown as 3).
For example, if you enter 1024 next to the W label, the canvas screen will... Hold on. It will not expand instantly. Press Return to make it happen. Then it will expand horizontally. And press the tab key to move to the next edit box. If you enter a different value other than 600 and press Return, the canvas screen will expand or shrink vertically.
