ScreenSequence is a new freeware application developed by MacHouse.  It's available for both Mac and Windows OS.  It allows users to create slideshow movies by utilizing QuickTime's built-in SMPTE video effects.  Simply, drag and drop two graphic files onto empty imagewells, choose one of 133 SMPTE video effects and set the final resolution and frame rate.  And ScreenSequence will let you create a simple slideshow with a video effect.
