Yes.
2. What is your upgrade policy?
Consider it free for good. Unless further development requires a major OS architectural change (for example, switching from Classic OS to Mac OSX), we won't charge you a dime for upgrades.
3. Are there more features to come?
Yes. We are working on Slide so that licensed users can create slideshow movies, utilizing not just two pictures but more or possibly as many pictures as they want. Furthermore, ScreenEdit Pro will probably support a screen-capture feature with or without audio.
