1. Why can't we set a watermark picture before laying a background image?

Watermark pictures are likely to be small in dimensions.  If you insert a watermark picture first, then a background imageto follow would entirely conver the watermark layer.  Consequently, you would have a hard time bringing the watermark layer to the top.  You could, actually, by simply choosing commands like Move To Center or Move To Top Left under Picture, though.  Let's see what we can do in a near future.

With Version 1.0.5, this issue will be resolved.  If the watermark picture hides itself behind the background image, the user can choose Picture > Bring To Front, bring the watermark picture to front.  However, the application should automatically bring an existing watermark picture to front.
