Q & A

  1. Q: What format do you support for a banner?
A: We support GIF, JPEG, and SWF.

  2. Q: Can I use an ad in Flash (.SWF)?
A: Yes.  We are now able to host SWF ads.

  3. Q: Could you make a banner for us?
A: We won't.  And the advertising fee that you will pay does not include a design fee.

  4. Q: Can I make an advertising contract longer than 3 months at a time?
A: Yes and no.  Please ask.

  5. Q: Can we use an alternative tag for our banner?
    A: Yes.

  6. Q: What are chances that you will change advertising fees?
A: Please consider it as always possible as the number of visitors increases by 20 to 30% (about 90% between the beginning and the middle of April) every month.

  7. Q: Do these fees include taxes?
A: Yes.  What you see is what you pay.  We pay our corporate tax and consumption tax in our country.

  8. Q: Could you also write an article to introduce our products?
A: No, we won't.   MacHouse is an independent party reviewing software and hardware products.  Our only role is to place your banner and maintain it without interruption.

  9. Q: How many ads do you place on each location?
A: We intend to accept only one banner at each location.

  10. Q: Do we have to provide you with a URL?  We only want to advertise our products and/or services and have no corporate website.
    A: That will be fine.

  11. Q: Do you accept our payment by any other currency than the U.S. dollar?
A: Yes and no.  PayPal will let you pay by the currency of your choice, and we will receive our payment by the U.S. dollar.

  12. Q: Are you able to provide us with click statistics?
A: No, we are not.  If you need to check the amount of traffic from our websites, you probably want to install AWStats on your website.

  13. Q: Does the URL have to be the main domain page, or can I actually specify a particular product page?
A: You may specify a particular page no matter how long its URL is.

  14. Q: We have an affiliate program.  Join it to make money.
A: No.  Affiliate programs don't pay at all.
