A.  Responsibility

MacHouse takes full responsibility in running its websites at MHOUSE-J.COM and MHVT.NET and its related subdomains so that the banner, which the company has agreed to display at their websites can be seen by any visitor at any time and all the time.  In any event when the websites are not accessible, the company takes its full effort in restoring the situation immediately and smoothly.

B.  Ad placement

Unless stated otherwise, an advertising banner will be placed at the agreed location of our blog website at MACHOUSE.MHVT.NET (and MACHOUSE.MHOUSE-J.COM) or SEO.MHVT.NET (and SEO.MHOUSE-J.COM).

C.  Cancellation

MacHouse holds the right to cancel its advertising contract with a existing client with a prior notice not at any time but only under special circumstances. Such conditions should be rare and specified as follows.

• The client changes its website content from an acceptable category to an unacceptable one.
• The client sells illegal products or services.
• Client website is directly engaged or involved in exploiting visitors by misleading them, phishing them, selling private information or infecting them with computer viruses.

D.  Payment

The advertiser is to pay a due amount for a three-month period (or an agreed period of time) in advance in the manner that the company specifies.

E.  Refund

Once a payment is made, there will be no refund.

F.  Force majeure

There are many uncontrollable factors that the company does not foresee to face.  Under such unavoidable circumstances, which the company did not intentionally cause, the company is only responsible in restoring the situation immediately and smoothly.  There will be no refund of any kind during such lost hours..

G.  Maintenance and security check

The company performs maintenance from time to time usually every 2 to 3 months.  During maintenance hours, our websites may not fully be accessible.  The company does not announce its intention of maintenance ahead of time.  And there will be no refund of any kind during such lost hours.  Furthermore, the company patrols its websites many times on the daily basis.  The company is responsible in performing this security check solely in order to ensure that visitors to its websites are not facing redirection or any undesirable risks and not in order to inflate Internet traffic to their websites or clicks to client's websites more than necessary.
