If you are involuntarily redirected to a malware website, please accept our apology. In order for us to investigate a malware redirection claim, we need some specific information.
First of all, we need to know your geographic location. Not all visitors to our website are always redirected to the same malware website that you saw. It is possible that we will never be redirected due to our geographic location.
It is very important to know at which page you were redirected and which ad you see when you access the same page where you were redirected. Flash ads aren't the only source of redirection. It is also possible that an ill code is injected in the database or at HTML level. Therefore, turning off website ads may not stop involuntary redirection.
Let's suppose that one claims redirection occured at "Adobe Photoshop Creative Design #18: Constructing a Building in Las Vegas Part 2." The exact URL is actually this one or this one? That makes a difference. If redirection occurs at the former URL, the source of ill code could be database injection or rich media ads. If it's latter, then the source could be iframe injection or rich media ads.
Finally, we would like to know the exact URL of the redirection destination just for reference. Many malware websites are hosted in Russia in conjunction with the Russian Business Network (RBN). In fact, notorious malware website malware-scan.com is likely to be hosted by RBN. RBN is an underground hosting company whose door is not open to the public. And shutting down illegal websites hosted at RBN won't be easy.
If you would like to report a malware redirection claim, please go to MacHouse Support Ticket System and choose 08 Reporting Security Issue at Machouse under the Help Topic pull-down menu. And please provide us with as much information as possible.
Thank you
